[+++][A] Add 'Dozer' and 'Cement Truck' to vehicle shops

The Dozer and Cement Truck are currently not in the vehicle shops, my suggestion is to add them. Assuming they were blocked due to trolling, collisions script is more than capable of handling trollers.

Name: Dozer ID: 486 Cost: $600,000

Name: Cement Truck ID: 524 Cost: $400,000

Implementing this would allow users to add these vehicles to their collection.

I have wanted these for a long time in the shop, but what about the Dumper? Could that maybe also get added or is it simply too big for conventional use?

Had a thought about the Dumper but quickly realised the vehicle can be used to block large areas like what people used to do with planes such as AT-400. Other than that, police, gangsters and even wanted criminals have collisions so if they were to drive that thing it would ruin the gameplay of other players.

I was heartbroken to see this since I am one of the few who owned a cement truck before it was removed from the vehicle shop for whatever reason long ago.  :'( :'( :'(

But you are right I think it's time to bring it back to the shop if it is possible. 

P.S. At least make them more expensive IMO, maybe $800,000 for dozer and $750,000 for Cement Truck

I don’t see why this won’t be added I think that it’s a good idea and won’t hurt anyone and with those two get added you will get more variations to drive I’m voting Positive
