Title: [IMPLEMENTED] Adding the Youtube board back in forums.

Additional details that are necessary for the suggestion:
YouTube board was removed due to inactivity and I have no idea who was leading it in that time, before a week I have opened a discussion and discussed adding it and according to the opinions that were stated, I decided to submit a suggestion about re-adding it, This board will be helpful for bringing new players and I have no doubts about this, we can set some certain rules for YouTubers to do such recording Civilian jobs in beautiful ways and the same thing appeals for another jobs such law and criminal.

This suggestion is worth the time developing because: This worth developing because adding the board once again will be helpful and no one can deny that, we can add some certain YouTubers and follow a certain system and record videos professionally and share it around which will be extremely good for CIT

@Randy The community has increased it active ness and also the amount of youtubers that our community has also rose drastically. Definitely should be added :tick:

A lot of boards were removed for no reason, youtube, language boards, lots of topics etc.

It doesn't harm anyone, and maybe it will be more active with the proper mods.

Since nobody bothered to say where this board would go, I will do what Ariana has said. Also since nobody bothered to say what the board would be called or a description I will just go with "YouTube" and no description.
