Can't Link my forum account to ingame

everytime I try to /linkforumaccount a title says 'This forum account has already been linked with an in-game account.'
but I can't find where it is linked to my ingame account name's 888xx888 can anystaff help?

I think that's your problem. You're going to have to ask the person that you gave your account to and ask him to unlink it for you.
There's no other way as it's your responsibility to unlink everything that belonged to your previous account (before giving it away for some reason).

bro, he don't know the forum acc pw so I am still the owner of the forum even though I did acc recovery and staff told me to create new one instead . So he can't recover forum account if it's linked with my Gmail so he can create his own forum via his serial. I guess it's not a problem I can't even meet him ingame

He doesn't need to tho? He (the one with the 'sr' ownership) can just do the command '/unlinkforumaccount' ingame without having to know your forum password or anything. Like I said, it's your responsibility to unlink it in the first place before giving it away for whatever reason.

I have asked an administrator regarding whether or not any staff can help with your issue (helping unlinking the forum account from the game account), the answer is no.

Simply because you're playing from a netcafe so if anyone there linked his forum account at the serial everyone else won't be able to link his account cuz It's already been linked on the same serial.

why no ? I have the ability on forum to delete the forum account but I can't unlink it because I can't find the player who I sent him my ingame account to unlink my forum from it

Because simply, we (staffs) are unable to. It's not possible from our side.

Get your old account back, by going to ARM's board, and then contact him through Discord.
(I certainly believe that ARMs refuse those requests.)
