Title: Ability to use repair kits when in the law farm's training dimension

I would like to suggest the ability to use repair kits when in the law farm's training dimension. As most of the law groups who have access to this dimension usually host driving / flying trainings there and sometime we need to fix our vehicles there using repair kits but unfortunately we can't. So, I guess the suggested feature will help.
