Title: [IMPLEMENTED] Changing the position of the LV sea hospital boat shop

Hello, I'm suggesting to change the position of the LV sea hospital boat shop. Currently it's right next to the ammunition shop, causing players to frequently bump into the other marker. I came up with a simple fix, by placing the boat marker near the water. This would also make more sense, considering the boats you bought will spawn in the water anyways, so having the marker near the edge is more logical.

Current location: Current co-ordinates X,Y,Z,R,Dim,Int: 3205.9749, 1650.3817, 7.9056, 4, 0, 0
New location: Current co-ordinates X,Y,Z,R,Dim,Int: 3204.7341, 1621.4238, 6.9056, 181, 0, 0

I see the current location is pretty annoying. so I agree with moving it, will be useful and won't take a lot of time!

It's obviously annoying as shown in the video by Karim. A little improvement that doesn't take time & would surely help, at least a few.

Don't see any harm in it. Also I would agree, it would make a lot more sense if it was closer to the water.
