Hello , can I post a ban appeal on my groupmate behalf because he doesnt have forum account ? Thank you.

Yes you can. Head over to this (https://cit.gg/index.php?topic=192345.msg3814614#msg3814614) topic, copy the format you need, send it to your friend, have him fill it and put your name in the part where it says
