Title: [+++] Forum: Dark Theme v2
Post by: Aerith on 23 10, 2022, 10:27:49 am: Howdy! I'm here to suggest something already exists, but I'd love to see another dark theme for the forum that is better and better looking. The suggestion (https://cit.gg/index.php?topic=375486.30)was made before, and the black theme got added, but I posted a reply about adding the other, but unfortunately, only one got added. Have a look at the theme (https://custom.simplemachines.org/index.php?theme=126)and the demo site web (https://www.jpr62.com/demos/index.php?theme=32).

In case you're wondering why I'm suggesting this, I'll answer you here. The one that I'm requesting right now is better and more working with the game stuff and keeping the red color for staff members, it looks way better than the old one, and it has a blue one. Kindly have a look! I'm open to answering all questions here.

Not that there’s anything wrong with the one you’ve included, currently using ArchWay Theme and looks cool!!

I'm using all the applications with the Dark Theme but when I login to my CIT forum, my eyes feels like got a flash bomb nearly.

If we could add a feature like that, I'll be pleasured.

Let me remind you that the suggestion was made in 2021, and the people changed (new player, etc). I believe you have an idea about it, correct? And I tried it and didn't like it, so that's why I'm suggesting something better.

I'd love this to be added, I actually wear glasses and bright colors give me a headache most of the time, I update my group's board daily which sometimes takes hours of work and the bright theme makes it difficult to keep my eye on the screen.

a warmer theme or a dark theme is so needed, I have all social media as dark theme and my iPhone as night shift all-day.

The idea: We should be able to put on the "AUTO mode" when it's night in our country the theme will automatically be changed to dark one and to the default one when it's not night.

I believe we should have a wide range of options in dark mode since this is a forum and not an application or an ordinary website therefore I'm voting positive. :tick:

Hereby to explain my positive vote reason: Most social media platforms have started to implant dark themes on their app (Instagram, Youtube, etc.) to stop damaging peoples' eyes at night. It has gained importance in our life. Therefore, making different variations of this would be awesome! :happy:
