Making Waste Managers be able to recover Sweepers when non-VIP

Waste Manager has a sub-job called Street Cleaner. There's no job marker for this job so you can only become one by going around and collecting garbage with a Sweeper.

So if I was not VIP, if I wanted to play as Street Cleaner, if I went and took Waste Manager job, and tried to recover my Sweeper to become a street cleaner, I am currently not able to do that as Waste Manager can only recover a Trashmaster as their recoverable non-VIP vehicle.

Street Cleaner can already recover a Sweeper when non-VIP, but becoming a street cleaner from waste manager is the issue as you can't recover your Sweeper to yourself when not a VIP.

You should be able to, I think it's just an oversight

A better suggestion would be for every player to be able to recover the Sweeper without VIP hours, similar to how the Faggio and Moonbeam can be recovered.

And what exactly is wrong with giving players both options once they become a waste manager? They can already recover Trashmaster as non-VIP, why not give them sweeper too, so they could have the option to go for Street Cleaner whenever they want it. It's also a form of waste management.

However even more important than that, when you have buying sweepers marker and becoming a waste manager markers right next to each other, it feels like a place you should be able to get Sweepers from. And it is. You can buy it. But why buy a new one every time you're there? What if you already have a Sweeper?

My suggestion increases accessability for new players  and it's a quality of life improvement for old players. And it would be super easy to add because it's not intensive to the code, and adding this is only good without any side-effects or downsides like making things "too easy".

It's just accessability.

A better suggestion would be for every player to be able to recover the Sweeper without VIP hours, similar to how the Faggio and Moonbeam can be recovered.

This also sounds nice.

You know what's better? Just give civilians the ability to spawn it, anyways its harmless - the vehicle runs slow and its very small to even be useful in any trolling.

The sweeper is such a slow vehicle and street cleaner is such a poorly paid job that there is no reason to keep this veh's recovery behind VIP

A waste manager's job will often intersect to that of a street cleaner.

It's more convenient for those players who don't have VIP yet but want to do street cleaner to level this job. Like the other player said above, this is not harmful to others, and you can't even use it to troll other players.
