It's hilarious to see players in favor of punishing those players that had to donate to the server (which is the source that keeps the server running) to be able to buy so many houses which was possible and perfectly fine back then. The server owner would likely pass this suggestion but I doubt would even consider refunding those donations, lol, as the houses were the reason to donate for, at least in my case.

a see alot of downvote on the sugg if we gonna be honest houses become more useless by time like iam still trying to sell my houses and its painful so it could be good yea to charge then when they are afk

If like you say they only play for a bit then pointless taking money from their account as they can just have no money it wouldn't matter if they don't even play so the houses need to be put up for sale eventually:

- These accounts (and how many houses) are affected: blackthunder221 (17), ABADY.511 (36), Cuhung123 (121), HipHop (27), kidnguyen98 (15), osman40 (12)
- Those who still own too many (over 10) houses will now have their houses set for sale and the price will decrease like an inactive account. (Arran + IDriver)
