[+++] LS boat recovery

Hello,
There is no proper structure/ port for the LS boat recovery, although there are ports for  boats in LS the recovery point has no proper sign , or any marking on the map to say its there. As a new player it was quite hard to figure out where my boat had spawned until someone told me use blip/unblip vehicle. I suggest adding a port in the boat recovery and a blip/ legend on the map to say the recovery is here as it would be useful for new and non vip players.

• image1, the recovery place is quite not looking good , its like a jump down from there and boat recovers, it needs some proper structure
• image 2, the location of the boat recovery on the map with no blips or marking
• image3, The place where boat actually spawns with no signs of anything.

Yeah, sounds reasonable! I could imagine going through the steps that you had too.. A location for boat recoveries in Los Santos sounds more than fair enough! There's recovery-points pinpointed throughout San Andreas for vehicles such as cars and aircrafts.. Thus why I'm supporting the addition!
