CIT Radio/ Mplayer (Music player) is not working at all.

Hello and Greetings,

As mentioned in the topic I got a major problem that happened to me while playing, which  radio player & Mplayer too are not working at all.
-You will ask me to check first > SETTINGS > MTA Volume (actually Its working).
-You will ask me to check another thing "B" > Volume to make sure its working or not.
-You will ask me to check /nowplaying to make sure songs or channels are working or not.
-You will ask me to check GTA San Andreas > Settings > Sounds System to check .... etc.

Actually all steps I have tested and the mplayer + radio are not working and I have been in this situation for a week I think Asking in "J" and no one giving me a useful answer. Eventually, I'm a song lover man I can not do anything without songs that's why Its major as I said at the beginning of my support question.

And nowplaying isn't working either?
Are you able to play them in your browser? If you copy-paste the URL in your browser, it should play.
