I can't login CIT - Error CC23 (Can be locked)

Uh I am sorry if my question is stupid but I really could not find any solution to fix this problem.

It has been days already since I can't login CIT. I don't play other servers so I dunno if it is MTA related or just server. I tried to login others as well. Same situation.

Thing is - whenever I double click on CIT's IP through MTA (as default u know) I get an error called CC23. That is related with connection, I know that. But I've tried many ways to fix that but unfortunately nothing helped. This is why I opened this topic.

I've updated MTA (it was outdated).
I've allowed "gta.sa" in firewall (it is recommended on board).
I've restarted computer and Wi-Fi modem many times.
I've turned off VPN and proxy settings (I use them due to internet problems in my country, nothing related to games).

What else can be wrong?


I could not fix this problem. Even with VPN. But now everything is fine. I was not able to login because of temporary internet limits in my country. Limit is gone and connection is possible rn.

Are you able to connect by using your phones mobile hotspot as test? If that doesn't work, it's not an issue with your router/ISP, but with your PC.

I am unable to test that because my internet traffic is not that much to handle it.

Can this happen because of "blocks" in my country? I mean I can neither check social sites such as facebook nor youtube.

But I can play other online games without problem tho. GTA Online for example.

Try playing CIT with a VPN?
Idk what you exactly mean by 'internet traffic', but you don't need a speedy connection. Just _try_ to connect, you don't actually need to play, just test if you can join or if it times out.

I don't know how to use VPN on computer. I know Pilo, I asked you about this before and you helped me with browser. Thanks for that. I did not touch VPN settings on my laptop last time. I only used proxy stuff and set everything about VPN back to default. But right now it is impossible for me to connect any MTA servers.
