You tried to delete MTA san Andreas folder itself? If not try to delete it and install it again from mtasa.com
Click on Computer>Disk local (C:)>Program files (x86) and then delet MTA San andreas folder.

Restart your pc when you delete the folder and before downloading mta. If it didn't worked tell us here
