Connection Timed out

Hey,

I got a problem: When I try to connect to the server I get the following message: "Connection Timed out".
It also can t show me the ping I got (in server browser). I only got this problem with this server.
I have a clean (steam) version of GTA and MTA.
Any ideas?

Try to restart your modem (Internet). It happened to me already, and solved. But if it didn't work tell us here we suggest you other soluation.

Do you tried re-installing your MTA ? if no, re-install it.

But why not? I am suggesting him to delete the file of MTA itself and install it again from mtasa.com . Maybe uninstalling it won't work.

-Click on computer then Disk local (C:) then click on (Program files (x86) and delete MTA San andreas folder. Then install it from here mtasa.com (Hopefully this works.)

can you connect to other servers ? does it display any error msg other than "connection timed out" ?
if it connects to other servers try deleting CIT resources (MTA Sa Directory > MTA > deathmatch > resources > everything that starts with "CIT")

Yes I can connect without a problem to other servers. And I don t have any CIT related resources since I was not able to connect to the server. Furthermore I can t find a folder called "deathmatch" in my MTA folder.

Since I never joined the server there are no CIT files. I already checked all the folders.
And I am always connecting from "server browser"

Have you restarted your PC and ran as it as administrator?
