Title: Changes to Ingame Features Board

Due to the amount of rule breakers on the Ingame Features board, useless posting and posting stupid ideas I have been forced to restrict it again to JCM+ (Junior Community Member) as I just spent 20-30 minutes warning people, locking and deleting topics because I can't find any decent ideas to work on in all the mess that is the Ingame Features.

The board has been made accessible to everybody again but you won't be able to post topics or make replies.
