Title: To add taxi job in /stats and /playercount

So... The job got added again as a civilian activity so it's more like if this information is missing in the two GUIs I have mentioned. Adding it in /stats will let players know their level as Taxi Drivers and by adding it in /playercount we can get information about the amount of workers developing this activity.
