It's always a pain when some trollers ruing a regrouping in C-villa or somewhere else, they punch /shoot/rams and when someone tries to tell them to stop using English, he will probably don't understand you or ignore you. Then admins needs to be involved, but like refers in football match if he don't see him trolling, he can't punish/slap him (in the case no one reported him IG or Forum).
As already said SO(civilian "boss") and PC (police leader) are able to hide vehicles and, especially PC, to sack them.
If won't have a lot of sense to" sack" a criminal, slapping is good enough.
Cb are trusted ppl, even some staff are CB. This enhance the strict and fair judgement they use over CB applications.
