Vehicle tuning station business.

I'm sure that everyone thought of this, and as much as I searched I could not find this suggested before. My idea was generally simple. As you all know, Pay n Spray and Gas Stations can be rented as a business to earn money from investing. In this actual suggestion, You'd be able to rent a tune shop.

This is where we get a new item. Tune shop should require parts and iron to stay in business. Parts can be sold in F7, or may be found by a certain job. As people like to tune up, there would be a 10k earning from a tune, which can be abused. Instead of earning 3k per performance tune, and like 7k per visual tune, a player can receive up to 2k per customer.

I'd like to hear your opinion on this aswell!

What are 'parts', can you give some examples or will they be new items?

Anyway, I think that these things will be added in the coming weeks/months, the renting system is still undergoing development as far as I know.

Forgot to mention, Parts should be a single item that's required for vehicles, for example you don't want 100 different parts for sale of the car, for example Brakes, Clutch, Doors, Engine parts etc etc. So, "Parts" will be every single vehicle part merged together required to actually tune a vehicle, or could be named "Aftermarket parts". Brings more RP to it
