Title: Connection timed out issue (HELP)

I know this is the wrong place but..

I reinstalled mta sa and wanted to join cit again the problem is when I enter it always says connection timed out, every other server work except for cit2 any idea how to fix this? ( I tried reinstalling the client)

Have you tried removing and reinstalling the files?

i tried it, I also tried to connected through cit site still not working it says connection timed out :( any other methods?

Completely delete the MTA game file from the computer and try to download it again, man

Are you sure MTA is allowed through firewall?

he can connect to other servers except for CIT.
anyway, if you couldn't solve it then use VPN, I recommend you to use urbanVPN. also, this problem is bcz of your ISP they block the contact between you and the server by using DNS or something like that. also you won't be able to fight using VPN but it's better than nothing.

Yes  :'( :'( , soo I thought maybe the problem is because of the GTA SA install, so I installed the game FULL version, it worked, I played a bit, then logged out, now I wanted to play again.. the same thing happened :(

i have my own router's password and I can enter it, can I unblock the port from there? if yes then I will

I don't think the problem is from the ISP now as u have connected once to CIT, idk about your problem anymore that's weird, to be honest maybe using VPN as I have mentioned could fix this.
