Ping is mostly dependent on how far you are away from the server, so if you live in the Philippines while having 20 mbps, you'll still have a very high ping.

Try lowering your image quality from the settings, man.
Try turning off settings you don't need much later

Now explain how that will improve latency? ???

CIT is only based on 1 server which is in France, therefore the farther you are from the sever, the more latency you will get. Using a VPN might improve latency as it'll route packets in another direction to the server.

The shaders graphics in /settings effects the FPS and not the ping. Ping is related to the internet and latency. These are some of the main reasons why you are having a high ping; Internet service provider (ISP) quality, Internet connection speed, Inadequate bandwidth, Configuration of firewalls, Geographical location. Having a good internet speed is not enough.

you're not the one facing same problems. I have 50 mbs speed my ping still on 250, if you want to lower your ping use VPN that near france gravelines your ping some how reduce by 50 to 100.

That is false. Using a VPN increases your ping by a certain amount. This is because packets take an extra hop before reaching the CIT server. So if you have 250 ping normally and then turn on a VPN, say in Germany, then packets you send and receive will go from you, to the VPN server in Germany, and then to the CIT server, in France which in turn will increase your ping by 50 ms, not decrease. That is a longer route than packets going from you directly to CIT server, makes sense?

@PulaNgPinas is your issue resolved in any way?
