Title: recover point

I do everythink to recover my car in recover point
and I cant recover it right now
PLZ HELP

I assume that you blipped your car via F2 and went to different recovery points by checking /bvrp. You can try to do /recover instead of pressing "recover" button in F2 or buy VIP from F7 and try to recover it to yourself instead of a recovery point.

May you share a screenshot so we can know what the problem is?

I am just tap recover button and the car didnt recover
but when I tap soo many time the car recover

Did you even try reconnecting? Also, some recovery pads get bugged and broken when they are placed a bit too low to the ground, I propose that you use another.
