Also why I cant open MTA when I open it it says open GTA san andreas I open it GTA open not MTA its a problem it Says Please Start Grand Theft Auto San Andreas and when I open it MTA still dont open

Maybe you're talking about where you have to link MTA to your GTA:SA folder? You have to link your MTA to your GTA:SA folder on the startup if that's the error. I don't really know what your issue is as I can't really understand what you're asking about, provide more details please. But I recommend uninstalling MTA and reinstalling it, that may help.
