having problem with ingame mods

I enable all of the server car mods using the panel but when I reconnect all of the car mods disable so I have to enable them again. How can I fix this?

There is no way, you have to enable them once you log in.

Yes, It happens for most of people, the same thing happens for /gunmods, and I guess there is nothing can be done with that.

If you open CIT throught forum then its normal to occure, open CIT throught MTA , launch it as an administrator, search for CIT server and open it from the game not from Fourum
try it and tell us

I fixed it with someone before in the game
For /gunmods:
Open this folder
"C:\Program Files (x86)\MTA San Andreas 1.5\mods\deathmatch\resources"
Delete these folder = CITweaponstats & CITwepmods

For /vehmods:
Open this folder
"C:\Program Files (x86)\MTA San Andreas 1.5\mods\deathmatch\resources"
Delete these folder = CITvehMods
You can try to all the folders which relating to the Vehicles which are = CITvehMods, CITvehicles, CITvehiclestuff & CITvehSkins
I used to fix the empty /vehmods with this solution
"Try to connect to mtasa://s0.cit.gg and then to mtasa://s2.cit.gg." , So you can try it too
