can't connect to the server

Hello....
My internet have been bad for the past few days so I open mobile data and a hotspot and play on it
few months ago I could play on the mobile data currently each time I connect on it it tells me connection time out I tried to restart my game my laptop my phone data my phone itself
also tried to connect to the server from Servers and double clicked on it instead of opening F8 and typing reconnect
anyone got any idea?

Restart your router and close other programs opened in background.
Have a look at your LAN drivers.
Change the renewal date to right now
Check if someone of your family using net with you in the same time.

Try these before connecting to CIT:
- Close any running program that is working with internet.
- Close your antivirus while playing.
- Restart your router settings because it's not a ping problem it's a netspeed problem.
- Give your game the access through your firewall.
-Try changing your resolution to the one that fits your PC monitor.

Do you only have this issue when you're using your phone as a hotspot?

Maybe your mobile internet data are over , try to increase the number of Mega bites in your mobile internet offer and see if it works,
Try to pilovali's VPN because maybe the quality of internet is bad in your country so the server blocked it
Do these steps and tell us if it's fixed or not

Moreover it's good if you run MTA as an administrator it might have even a little chance to get fixed

Sara don't double post again you could get warned by that
try logging in with a VPN as I told you, as your problem is similar to some players who only can connect with VPN
also try changing your IP adress throught your wifi settings from your PC , change it from manual and and change the last two numbers of it and try

You could try me free VPN. If it works, you'll get a message that you're banned, if it doesn't work, you'll get a timeout.

Zomb1e is right. Could be possible that something is blocking your mobile connection. Could be your ISP, could be OVH (hosting company that CIT uses).

Can you try to ping to s2.cit.gg? (start > cmd > s2.cit.gg)

I will share this solution again and again, if you don't see the gameplay mode of CIT in the servers list, then the only solution is re-installing your OS (Operating system). I faced this problem and I used this solution, then the problem had been solved.

Okay, that's good. It means that you can connect using a different connection. I suspect something is blocked.
