guides and solutions to fix unable to go "in-game" problem

Do you have log in errors? you can't connect to the server ? this will help you !

* when you try to go in game and connect to server : by double clicking on the server name or even by clicking on the server name then clicking connect , MTA get stuck and your PC get slowed down causing lag and lateness problems , firstofall make sure you :
  • you meat the minimal requirments to play in the server (FPS and PING minimal requirments)
  • try to get a better PING and FPS
  • re-install MTA
  • Restart router
  • disable firewall and antivirus
  • disable VPN  then try to connect if it didn't work re-enable it and then try again to connect
If all of this basic solutions didn't give you any result try to:
  • open GTA sa and make sure everything works fine ( or try the map editor ):
    • if it works fine then the problem isn't from your GTA
    • if it dosen't then you have to re-install GTA sa
  • make sure you delete all the programs you downloaded and installed recently as it can be the problem source and make a full scan to your computer using antivirus
  • if the problem still exists then likely the problem is from your computer system so highly recommand you to update your Graphic card drivers if you don't have the latest version yet.
  • If you are using windows try system restore tool

    Try some of these:
    - Ask a friend to upload all the CIT resources from MTA Directory > Mods > Deathmatch > Resources > All resources starting with 'CIT' > Make an archive of that > Upload at mediafire (its trusted) > Give you link > You put those files in same directory.
    - Download nightly updates from Esc>Settings>Advanced>How builds are installed>Nightly>Check>Download.
    - You can also visit MTA SA's IRC Channel for quick help if you can't connect any server at all.
    - Visit MTA SA's Client side support from click here > Client side support.
this method will help you if you can log in to any other server except CIT
  • try to install this version of MTA it might help you: https://nightly.mtasa.com/mtasa-1.5.3-full_rc-11244-20170326.exe
  • try using Auslogics boost it cleans your cashes and unnecessary files, get it from here

Windows + R >> search for "MSconfig" => Open it > Click on boot > then advanced options > Untick Maximum memory and number of processons.. Then you'll have to re-start your PC, your PC will be lagging a bit but don't worry, It'll be fixed when you enter the password.
  • if you are playing from a laptop make sure the CPU isn't overused , if you are trying to play while using saving battery mode, that will prevent you of conecting so you have to turn it off

try unhackme and fix ur PC once with this software, It will detect all virus and etc.. Just delete them and then try again.
I hope you get the problem fixed before reaching this line, if non of these methods helped you I m really sorry to inform you that you have to re-install your system operating system or just get a new one if you do and you can install x64 bit then do it because MTA is too laggy in the x32 bit

The terms 32-bit and 64-bit refer to the way a computer's processor (also called a CPU), handles information. The 64-bit version of Windows handles large amounts of random access memory (RAM) more effectively than a 32-bit system.
check this for more info.
