well I had this problem for long time but I wanna way to fix it , how this map look :

i tried every thing in settings as you like and the result was the map still black or it show me error msg :

I have the exact same problem, ever since we are able to zoom in LS turfs my map became black.

MTA San Andreas 1.5\mods\deathmatch\resources\CITradar\images

Check in the folder if map.png is actually there, looks like the file is not found.

Yep because, your map names are "Blackmap" "radar" etc, but I see in this screenshot

You’re placing the files in the wrong directory

Copy paste black map to /mods/deathmatch/resources/CITradar/images
Then go in-game type in /settings > radar image > Blackmap.png

Make sure the photo is in png format if not then use the link below and lmk
