This suggestion is actually good and I hope it does not get locked just because of the huge amount of malicious downvotes coming from one specific group of players - which shows how big the problem is.

All those negative votes prove that there are many house hoarders and that this house hoarding is a very big issue. I hope this suggestion will get implemented ingame as soon as possible to fix this whole mess. Before this update takes effect house owners should be given the time and the option to sell their properties, though. That would be fair. All things considered my vote is

Seems like a rather effortless suggestion, why would you want to add a restriction for certain players who bought a lot of slots for a lot of money..? Nope.
