How many days pass in CIT in 24 hours?

A day.. CIT's time is same as irl's time.

I do not think, for many years I know that the days at CIT are faster than in real life. I will give you an example. 1 day in IR could be 5 days in CIT something like that.

I would like to know this.

One day in GTA San Andreas is 24 minutes in real time. If you haven't locked your ingame time in /settings or have it follow real time, then it probably is 24 minutes for you too

Depends what settings you have. You can see by going in-game and seeing how long it takes for it to go up 1 minute.
