I asked in-game support they told me to press ESC to settings and then Audio, I did have my SFX audio full, but didn't help, Any help here? plz?

There's a setting in game that might fix your problem.
Use /settings > Sound performance > Disable idle engine hum when FPS below > Set this into 1, this means that you will hear the vehicle engine always, that should fix your problem.

If the ingame's settings doesn't work, you can simply check it out from MTA's settings.
Press on Esc key>Settings>Audio and make sure that all the general's items are upper to 0% so yo can hear everything including the sound of the cars.

hey, Press ESC>Settings>audio > make sounds as you want a volume that Screenshot to help you :
