Hello if you come up with ideas that will contribute to the server first, this will play an important role in your future community positions.
You need to help people not only from the forum, but also in the game. You have to work hard for at least two weeks to get to the JCM rank. Getting enough information makes it easier for you to help people.

Make contributions in the Discussion/Debate/support boards, also try to be active in-game. Do not have gaps between posts.

Try to be active in both ingame/Forum as in forum just make some useful posts that will help the community not just rushing posts all over the forum I recommend Posting 2 to 3 posts a day for 2 weeks or more and not having time gaps between them also your attitude ingame will effect you getting a xCM so if you got punished you will have to wait extra 2 weeks before applying for a forum rank try to check some topics that is made by experienced people since me myself still trying to achieve that.

You must be active in forum, use to make useful posts, don't bother to farm posts [ 3-4 posts daily is enough ]. Keep that until 2 weeks and you'll find a statisfied result.
