My friend can retrieve his forum acc ? he forgot Login and pass

he wants to get the login and the pass , he forgot it all

but he doesnt remember email or login dude , how he will do this ...

The only way I see is , staffs seeing who logged in the acc "lucapi" and its IP , serials

i logged in lucapi acc once for example , they will know my IP and his ip

Remember its forum acc not his ingame acc .

Afaik a staff can see the forum account email information and can provide the owner with it.

Also I think its better if he contacts the ARM team via ingame for further assistance

I ask Lacosta once about this case he said we can't retrieve forum accounts unless the owner of the account recovery it via "Forum Forget Password Section"

Unfortunately, we do not support forum account recovery.

If you lost your forum account password, you can use the SMF built in account recovery system. It will send you an e-mail to retrieve your account. If you failed to provide a valid e-mail address that is your own fault and we do not have time to make up for people's laziness even more than we already do now.
