Connection timedout.

While connecting to server it gives me connection timed out and cant download any resources.

Try these before connecting to CIT:
- Close any running program that is working with internet.
- Close your antivirus while playing.
- Restart your router settings because it's not a ping problem it's a netspeed problem.
- Give your game the access through your firewall.
-Try changing your resolution to the one that fits your PC monitor.

Have you recently tried to use modified GTA:SA files for example downloading "mods" etc ?
Since in my experience it's pretty common if I try to use modified files for an example a graphic mods it won't let me to connect.

@LiDo did you try doing a speedtest? If not make one and publish the results here. I think that's a problem of your internet provider.
