This happens when you use VPN/Proxy and then use CIT forum. Just close the VPN or any similar program you are using and refresh the page, then it should be working

I have two laptops

Now Im not using any VPN or similar program, but I need a VPN to connect to my work network(maybe it's the fault of this). I've already closed all programs and remove the cache / cookies but it didn't work.
