Is it 'legal' to promote external links in a super advert?

As the title says, my question is the next;

-Is it 'legal' to promote external links in a super advert?

Because I took a screenshot yesterday at night, where some guy was apparently promoting what seemed to be one of those 'hot girl' fake scam links to Facebook via super advert, but I'm not entirely sure if that is actually reportable.

-Could some Staff or Moderator please answer me? Thanks in advance.

It should be "iligal" to promote such links as they might contain stuff for 18+ and we know that there is many players who aren't even 16 yet also there is female players.

Yeah, that's what I think too, but I wanted to know if there's actually a rule written about it...

Also, I don't know what female players have to do with this; you said that like if a girl could never watch porn, lol.

I don't think so but there's a rule in forum that says 1. Illegal content such as pornographic, copyright infringing or links that contain harmful content is not welcomed on the forum. Plagiarising others players own made goods are not allowed. Group applications are not allowed to demand any information from the applicant which could be used for cyberbullying such as personal information. try talking to any staff about that because I don't say a rule that says you cant do so.
