try checking /weather and default it again or just fix the ingame brightness abit

Increase monitor contrast.

Here some solutions: ESC > Settings > Video > Brightness (decrease it) try using Win + Ctrl + Shift + B Reinstall MTA:SA try resetting your monitor settings from the keys below the screen
