Title: [A]change texture on detour sign barrier

Suggestion explained in one paragraph:
Ok so I am suggesting replacing the texture on the detour sign. It is currently pointless as we are not allowed to block the whole road so a "detour" sign is not needed. I am suggesting changing the texture to "POLICE SLOW ROADBLOCK AHEAD" so that players can be warned of a roadblock in advance to stop them from crashing at 100mph into it.

Additional details that are necessary for the suggestion:
CJ_DETOUR is the texture name. Below is the image.

This suggestion is worth the time developing because:
People constantly crash into roadblocks. This sign can be placed on either side of the roadblock a few metres down the road giving players a chance to slow down!

Im definitely supporting , this is a good and clear sign will help people who are hosting roadblocks and prevent others frim crashing at high speed . Let’s hope players will see it and slow down...

I would like to support this suggestion considering that it will improve the role-play and at the same time will be more real for our roadblocks. Nothing negative. I'm positive.

Good idea for the community of law, this will prevent us from crashing against the obstacles and this will improve much  the RP Nothing more to say so positive vote

Well, I like your suggest because that will let law side improve role play that mean they can use barrier and etc that will be funny training and can help new players if they didn't know role play anyway im supporting.

Great suggestion, It would help all of us specially in roadblock trainings and RP trainings because CIT is known as a real life server and adding this suggestion will improve the server's RP.
Actually not only this suggestion I like this kind of suggestions which meant to improve the server's RolePlay
