Hello everyone I'm cptdeniz , and I did some experiments about bus driver job routes.This is not an total job guide I just did some calculations about routes.Tried to do my best , you can do better.
No Vip Hours While doing speedruns
50 FPS Average(Your FPS affects speed little bit.)Before starting lets share some info about Bus Driver job.

This job can be found at the topmost section of San Fierro, to the right of Jizzy's Pleasure Dome.
After taking the job, you will see a few yellow vehicle spawners. Use them to spawn a bus.
You will then have to choose between ‘City Route’ and ‘State Route’.
‘City Route’ is a route restricted to San Fierro, where the ‘State Route’ includes the entire map, wight the exception of LV.
For each bus stop you arrive at, you will be paid accordingly to your bus driver ‘rank’. In the ‘State Route’, each stop awards double the pay.
After reaching the Level 10, you'll be able to switch to this job using "/go Bus Driver"

L0 - Training - $700 per Stop - 0 Stops
L1 - Junior Driver - $840 per Stop - 50 Stops
L2 - Senior Driver - $980 per Stop - 100 Stops
L3 - Assistant Specialist - $1,120 per Stop - 200 Stops
L4 - Specialist - $1,260 per Stop - 400 Stops
L5 - Professional - $1,400 per Stop - 700 Stops
L6 - Expert Driver - $1,540 per Stop - 1,000 Stops
L7 - Chief Driver - $1,680 per Stop - 1,500 Stops
L8 - Master Driver - $1,820 per Stop - 2,500 Stops
L9 - Executive - $1,960 per Stop - 4,000 Stops
L10 - President & CEO - $2,100 per Stop - 8,000 Stops

Starting-Ending Position:LS Train Station (near corleone base)
Starting Vehicle Health:%99 Ending Vehicle Health:%71 Change:-28 Percent
Starting Fuel:87 Ending Fuel:37 Change:-60 Percent
Starting NOS:6830 Ending NOS:6610 Change:-210 unit
Number of Stops:34 (Counted starting and ending stops) (Count as 68 in Job because it is state route x2)
Time upon completion:17 minutes 53 second
Stops Per Seconds:15.7 seconds
Driving quality:Average
Example Calculation For Me(L7 Bus Driver)
Earn by stops: 34x3360=114.240 in 17 minutes 53 second(1073 seconds)
Money per Second:114.240 money/1073 second=106.4$/sec
My thoughts:I think this route is for more advanced drivers/players , there are some shotcuts but driving through them is not that easy and driving quality is not good and there is some strange stop at SF you need to rotate back the bus and this is a lot of time waste.At last,this route could be boring for me becacuse there is not much player activity in this route.

Number of Stops:20
Time upon completion:7 minutes 10 seconds
Stops Per Seconds:21.5 seconds
Driving quality:Good
Example Calculation For Me(L7 Bus Driver)
Earn by stops: 20x1680=33.600 in 7 minutes 10 second(430 seconds)
Money per Second:33.600 money/430 second=78.1$/sec
My thoughts:This route is really short and in some sections there are long spaces between stops like state route , its not boring but as you get from stats you dont earn much in that route compared to others. Another aspect,
you cant use benefits of nitro(or top speed) in that route because most of stops really close to each other.

Example Calculation For Me(L7 Bus Driver)
Earn by stops: 36x1680=60.480 in 10 minutes 14 second(614 seconds)
Money per Second:60.480 money/614 second=98.5$/sec
My thoughts:This route is really good and suitable for most of players and there is not non-sense stops its good and there is some player activitie on road too.
Conculusions / TL:DR 
1.If you want to earn MAX amount of money at the same time
a)I am experinced player/driver and I know how to use/find shortcuts then go for State Route(106.4$ per second L7 Bus driver)
b)I am NOT experinced player/driver , I do a lot of crashes then go for SF City Route(98.5$ per second L7 Bus Driver)
2.If you want to stay in LS while doing bus driver job , the LS city route fits for you but you dont earn that much.I dont see much sense at LS city route.
