We have ped missions for Criminals :
First one :
- Killing husband ( very easy ) : you can find a women ped in LS not moving , press X on this women and she will ask you " Can you kill my husband ? " click accept and go to ? Blip and kill her husband and you will gain 5000$ and 500 rep points
Seconde mission :
- Drug dealer ( easy ) : you can find man ped in LS not moving , so you must press x on this man and he will ask youto kill the drug dealer , accept the mission and follow ? Blip and kill the drug dealer ped and you will gain 6000$ and 600rep.points
Third mission :
- kill 2 pimps ( easy to medium ) : this mission is good for who want to get money and rep point , You will Find some peds in LS not.moving , press x and. He will ask you to.kill 2 pimps , accept mission and follow to $ blip and kill 2 peds andd you will gain 9000$ > 10800$ and 900rep points .
The last for now
- its not mission but.you can earn huge rep point by giving.peds 50000$ you will get 5000 rep points

after reading you guide I found a lot of false information:
the "can you kill my husband" mission gives you 200 reputation points.
the "can you kill a drug dealer" mission gives you 300 reputation points.
the "can you kill 2 pimps" gives you 9000$ and 600 reputation points.
the "last for now" called "Unique trade offer" , it cost 10000$ and gives you 500 reputation points.
also add some screenshots to make it more understandable.

under my observation, male PEDs give more $25000 missionsok sir .
Tips for you: if you are searching for $25000 missions, find male PEDs first, coz female PEDs always give "killing husband" missions and it seems no crims are going to finish those missions giving low payment.
