[+++][B] Fix Farmer job progress

Farmer and fisherman are my best citizens jobs for me and I see the progress to reach L10 are very difficult just like ever job is but the thing is the style of working are harder than other jobs like iron miner are much easier or taxi driver so I guess this suggestion should do the trick and improve both jobs. Postive

They both are amazing and unique jobs, and I see no reason why are they so hard to level up. Making the job progress a bit easier would be great, this could attract more players to both jobs.

Can anyone confirm whether or not the progress was previously doubled for a long time? My understanding is that the progress was only briefly doubled due to a bug, not that they were always 2x as fast as they are now. I know for farmer in particular I remember 1 full harvest of 100 seeds always yielding 100 crops harvested in progress until a brief moment where it was doubled and then fixed.

I'd also like to know this, I believe that farmer always gave 200 bails in the past but I might be wrong? If that is the case then I will consider modifying my suggestion.
