Doesn't harm anybody but whoever is going to add that must make it always on for those who just joined the server or even logged in after days of inactivity and then whoever likes to disable that he could ask in /sup or anybody to tell him how to disable the season through /settings.

I don't see why developers should waste their time on such small change, everyone is already part of it and KD ratio is hidden and its fine that way.
The server should not adapt to your personal preferences but maybe you should try suggesting to have the option to do not to participate in the battlepass entirely?

Why are you contradicting yourself? You say the developers shouldn't waste their time on this which would literally take I assume a few hours at most which includes finding the code exactly where I believe the scripting itself would take a few minutes

But you want the devs to add the ability for people to not participate entirely which would take hours to fix the adapt the script for people who decided to opt out since you can't count them for promotion/demotion not to mention that this can be abused and a lot of safe guards need to be added

The option only lets you hide it from showing above your minimap but you still see getting promoted/demoted message and you can still see it through /stats my suggestion is to add a setting to disable seeing that
