Title: How do i upload my custom skin to my group?

After I do my skin ( which would be easy and simple ) How do I upload it to my group?

You must donate for it, at the topic that seba linked. Or you could get somebody else to donate for you by paying them in game money (Just be careful with who you trust to do that) for a price of around $200,000,000.
