Title: Small tutorial / Explanation how to remove questions before sending any PM.

Yesterday I've had this (https://cit.gg/index.php?topic=266906.msg3939806#msg3939806) problem which to me, was very annoying.
I said in that topic that it could be useful to make a topic about this in the Forum Guides board to explain this, as there isn't an tutorial about this issue yet.

I've been searching for other people who have/had this question before as well, found at least 20 people.
Gave me reason enough to write about it here.

So about the issue, if you want to sent someone an personal message you'll get this issue (https://imgur.com/a/9bpSg).
There are a few ways to get rid of that.

• You'll have to reach at least five post counts to remove the questions.
• You can gain posts by helping the community by putting your effort in the General Support / Questions Board (https://cit.gg/index.php?board=15.0), the Quality Assurance Board (https://cit.gg/index.php?board=233.0), the New and Updates Board (https://cit.gg/index.php?board=2.0), Minecraft (https://cit.gg/index.php?board=760.0) and last but not least, the Idea's and Suggestions Board (https://cit.gg/index.php?board=660.0).
  
  I know it's not really an big tutorial, but I felt that information like this topic could be very useful as well.
  Hope it reaches help and answers to the people who have the same issue and don't know how to fix.
  Oh and.. I'm annoyed by receiving PM's if you need help, go ahead.
