No, refunds aren't possible here. Don't think about chargebacking as that is a criminal act and it will get your account permanently banned.

Charge-backing will result in an unappealable permanent ban. Not to mention that it is considered as a real life crime (Criminal fraud).
As for getting refunded, you donated, it was your own will to give money and support the server, and in return you received something for donating (Your DL2, shaders, whatever else).

Just, don't do it. :)

You must be some really level of dumb if you think you can "charge back" a payment you sent 2 years ago or that you could have even the slightest right to do that at all.
