Hey there, I'll try to explain in simple way,
- Let's make your F11 map like default map, /settings> Radar Image> Delete the "map-hd.png" and type "map.png"
- Download this disc (https://i.imgur.com/IrkRMop.png)
- Go to the file folder of MTA:SA, /mods/deathmach/resources/CITradar/disc/ Paste the disc to here.
- Follow these steps in-game: /settings> Radar Disc: Type the name of the disc, Eg: disc.png
- It will look like this (https://i.imgur.com/BTvw4cp.png)
