Title: I was muted for 8 days just because I cursed

I was silenced for 8 days just because I cursed. I'm sorry for cursing. When I type /help me to get help, I can't get help because I am muted. I can't access the chat at all. I won't be for 6 months soon because I have compulsory military service. I think the time given to me is too heavy. Can you help me?
