Check F1 - Discord where you will find all the steps you must follow to link the discord server.
PS: Your group must be L1+

Your group's level must be L1+ to sync Discord with in-game group chat. You need to read this topic (https://cit.gg/index.php?topic=317822.0) for more info about Discord, plus you can authorise CIT2 Bot from here (https://discord.com/oauth2/authorize?client_id=403112358630916096&scope=bot)
