Hello, my name is Fabio Mathony.
I am 15 years old and I am living in a small town in western Germany.
Currently I am still visiting Highshool untill 2014 and then I will try to study.
 In my free time I like to play soccer, basketball and tennis  and to hang arround with my friends.
As you may know, I've allready been a part of the staff-team 3 months before, but I left for the Special Forces, which I used to lead. Now the group is deleted and I have too much free time when I am online.
I want to become a staff member again, because I saw that many staff members left, but CIT is still growing since the server is able to handle more players than 254 players, so I think that CIT needs more staff members again.

I think somebody is cheating so I:  Will spectate him for a while and if I think that he is cheating and not just lagging or something else, I would tell a higher staff member (who is able to ban)  to ban him.
A player is shouting for help in main chat so I: Will ask in mainchat : How can I help you?
A player insults me so I:  Mute him.
A player asks me to give them some money so I:  Will say no, because it would be an unfair advantage for him and if he keeps asking I will mute him.
Somebody is cheating but I can't ban them so I:   Will tell a higher staff member to ban him.
I have found a bug which gives free money so I:  Would report it as fast as I can to headstaff to prevent that this bug is going to be abused.
