As far is I know this script will allow you to build houses by yourself if it'd be allowed to everyone then it'll kill your FPS/Ping.

we can release it to the public but limit it

I mean the whole model, collision and texture will be one object. For players who can't be bothered making their own house for example, it's also more efficient using just 1 object too, so we can make building your own house a lot more affordable.

like can i use an gta IV building but cut some stuff so i can use his interior space?

When I have seen the interactive object when you were near the bed, I was like "Wow". It would be more interactive if the doors would have something interactive either; when you are near the door, A "Open Door text" appears then you click it to open the door, then A "Close Door Text" appears to close the door or interactive doors which you need to type a password to unlock it or something like that. Anyway I see much potential in this project and I can't wait until it will be added in-game, thanks for all the hard work.
