So I have 2 ideas:

1.
Adding a whole new sistem to the houses, instead of having the default house with the default interior, you just have a terrain, just dirt and a marked zone (like in citys, by marked zone I mean the green lines that show the limits of that zone) but you are not having to build things like in citys, the only thing you need to do is to select a house with a command like /addhouse and then you get a list with houses and their interior, it would show how the houses look in the terrain so instead of having a house like this one:

you should be able of picking between every house that fits there, so the customization would be amazing and everyone would have a different house in some way. The houses ofc would cost money, this house:

  Then if you wanna sell the house you can either sell it has you customizated it and in the price you think (like, terrain cost + house cost) or you can destroy the house and just sell the terrain for the original price.



2.

This is another idea that is not very developed to be honest cause its like an addition to all the other suggestions the ppl came up with (yes I read all the suggestions) instead of simply being able to buy ANYTHING with money (that would make players with 200 hours and a shitload of cash being able to buy things that maybe someone with 3k of hours cant) so in order to buy things, you gotta unlock them, How do you unlock them? by spending time on the server, like 1k of hours to be able to buy a personal skin shader, or 500 hours to be able of buying a personal carshader, so this things would not only be a simbol of how much money that person has, but also show how much experience this person has in the server.
This would improve the player count and would encourage people to stay and play, and would also show the aprettiation from the server to the people that has experience in it!

Replace crafting ammo with crafting guns. Make people unable to craft ammo and make them buy bullets from shops like it used to be. By crafting guns, weapons get cheaper on market and more people buy them. By that more people also have to buy ammo... from shops. For crafting guns people still need to mine iron and maybe some other metal too like aluminium (which replaces explosive)
It is easy to make it happen and all the money from buying bullets goes straight back to CIT.

my suggesion:

add the hunter helicopter with price 2,000,000$ and the ammo of the turrets have to be buyed at f7 and to make the ammo u you buy iron, chemicals and minigun ammo.

another suggestion:
add missiles with a command /buymissile that will cost 10,000$ each and its like an rpg  but you have to be in a plane or helicopter to throw it and will kill all people near the explosion. it will be able to use it only at LV.

Custom made islands for buy or rent.
You'll be able to own(or just rent) an island in the sea. It can be like 100x100 blocks, filled up with grass-rocks-sand-trees... it sould have 1-3 villas, depends of the user needs. It can have much decor anyway. Also, it can have basketball-volleyball field, a small dock for the boats and a helipad for the helicopters.
About the villas, they sould have custom interior with anything you can imagine. Some guards sould be added as well for the protect of you and your stuff.
If cit has a mapping team, they can make them otherwise/or people can make their and post them. To own a small size island sould be 7millions, a medium one 20millions and a large 37millions.

I have not been online for a long time, so some of these may be already in-game :

- Casino (Roulette,Blackjack,Poker) : By adding these games, people could either win money or lose, but if they lose, money goes to server.
- Very Expensive Ammo for : Hydra + other combat types of vehicles (Ammo should be bought for Rustler also): There would be restrictions and limitations. For example, you could buy 10 Hydra rockets for 10000 each, while ammo for Rustler would cost around $20 per bullet and with same limitation as normal weapons.
- CitY Interiors (very expensive - like base interiors, just ability to buy directly in-game): This can even replace current housing system in long run if implemented properly. Also players would be able to focus more on exterior, rather than interior + everyone could get interior they want for the right price. Prices could go from worst iterior at e.g. 100k to best one at 5mil or 10mil or even more.
- More CitY Large finished buildings, I believe that buildings that are properly built and exotic enough would be perfect for players to spend money on, especially since those buildings would could as one object.
- Vehicle expendable consumables like Nitro, just for e.g. : Acceleration, Top Speed ... A lot of games have items or cards that temporary boost your attributes, like what drugs used to do on CIT. However, this would be perfect for vehicles also, and can be implemented on weapons also.
- Feeding system, where players would have to eat/drink after a while + inventory for food. This idea would contribute a lot to RP segment, as players would need food or drinks e.g. either at certain time periods, or when they spend too much time running or both.
- Large businesses like Factories for Oil ... that would be built on new empty lots, like CitY. Lots with specials standards would be used for these, players could earn or lose money depending on their playtime. Example : If player needs Oil Factory, he/she would need to build Oil Factory, pay for maintenance, pay for workers and spend time working in Oil factory in order for it to raise profit (Or it can need resources like fuel stations)
- Custom vehicle mods, maybe even upgrades ... (bought over forum). For these there would need to be certain amount of vehicle mods on forum that players could buy, it may be difficult since others would need to see that players vehicle different if custom mod like this is applied (and/or there could be certain benefits to that mod, like +5 to speed or similar)
- Vehicle slots to be bought : Considering players like to own a lot of vehicles, it would be best if they had to pay for each slot after 10.
- Licence to drive, kill, carry weapons and similar : Similar to courses, except they would need to actually do something for this, e.g. in order to get Driving licence. they would need to pay for Driving School and Test, test would be based like race. Licence to kill, they would need to pay + complete achievement that can be e.g. arrest someone or kill someone. Licence to carry weapons, is well shooting range test :)
- Renting driver, something like taxi in single player mode, everywhere you go you can call a limo or taxi or even a plane depends what you rent, and ped can transport you to location of your choice. This does not work like rapid transport markers for two reasons :
  1. Because you cannot use the driver unless you rented him, when your rent period expires, you cannot call the driver anymore until you rent him again. Also in addition to fee you are paying in order to rent the driver, you need to pay small fees of fuel expenses and tipping the driver
  2. Second reason is, because you can choose weather it is instant transportation + limited number of friends can join you in your ride.


- In addition to previous idea, you can also place rent on certain special or extremely expensive vehicles, e.g. Hydra can be rented for 12 hours for payment of 100000$ and similar.

- One last idea :) : Ability to pay for special features that are not part of VIP, e.g. paying 10000 for instant vehicle recovery if you have ability to recover vehicle to yourself, and a lot of similar micro features.

I want to say something , we should take care to those newbies and people that can't donate , if you want to add suggestion just for rich players , like what ?
-Add Armors for Vehicles Price +15.000$ , Make your car 200 HP
-Make it able to buy custom skin or car shaders with IG Money
-Re-Add Tunes to make cars Top-Speed Payment +20.000$
-Add Ammo for Hydra and Sea Sparrow , and you should buy it from F7 or craft it (Hydra= RPG= 6000$ - SeaSparrow= Bulles= 15$)
Another ideas not related with Buy/Sell
-Re-Add Payment for "Driving in Left side" Payment x20 you Hours (Exempel: you have 500 Hours you will pay 10.000$ and that will make Driving tidy
-Add Payment for Misconduct (When you forget car in road) Payment Hoursx20

I think we could also add an enforecer or a SWAT tank for criminals. It can have a little less bullet resistant (to make it balanced enough for both sides) but this way criminals will be able to spend their money too as these vehciles are good enough to be used on riots. Of course it doesn't have to be the same vehicle color and everything... Maybe it could be added with another name and a different color or with a mod.

For example:

Riot Tank ($35,000,000 70% bullet resistant)

Criminal enforcer ($2,500,000 65% bullet resistant)

Hello,

- My suggestion is simple, could be added as a vehicle a war tank, known as "Rhino" in GTA. Which this vehicle alone can shoot 1 time every 5 minutes, and only do damage to vehicles/aircraft/ships, and that can only make damange 15-20 damange in the vehicles.

I thought the thing that most of rich players pay in it which is The skin donation and carshader donation and after it, I thought what if we made that the player can use a skin for a hour or a carshader .
lets decribe more..
lets say that I want a personal skin IG and alot of ppl pay about 45m to get it w,what is we make that the hour of using a personal skin for 250k to 500k that's could make those guys pay alot of money in useful thing ,and the same idea for the carshader
i thought to make a bind like the music player t/skinshader "link of the png" and for the carshader t/carshader "link of the png"

You want people to find something to spend money on. How about putting resources in some stuff you always do ? Like for example repairing your vehicle at the pay n spray would require some resources like iron for example. If you dont want to spend like 100-200 iron you seek a mechanic, this would give mechanics the upper hand in gaining their reputation. As you wont need to actually give the mechanics iron to fix your vehicle.

I was in-game when you seek team chat inspiration. (◔◡◔) But I wasn't in a mood for musing; not even for chatting. Glad someone proposed for new police cars. So I'm just gonna add from that plus some other simple things.

  • Also add Hunter & Rhino. Both vehicles will have the same firing restriction as Hydra. 15 secs, isn't it? Hunter will be a good alternative to Hydra for people who can't fly for shit. Rhino should be as bulletproof as the S.W.A.T tank but able to fire missile (with restriction, of course) my suggested prices are $30M for Hunter & $60M for Rhino. A bit of explosion is good for an action game, you know.
  • Access to barriers. Currently, in order to deploy a barrier you have to join some random official groups or donate. It should be accessible to everyone who has and want to spend their money on it; no matter cops or criminals. Maybe a new command like /buybarrier for about $3k per object. Any exploit still punishable. I know it's not big money spending, but it's something people would use regularly.


Also just a wild suggestion.. I was messing with localserver and I found this cute mod on community resources called DogMod. It'd be cool to add on CIT and modify the script so it costs money to buy a dog. If I'm not mistaken, I read somewhere that there's this pets DLC on GTA V and people go crazy over it; I mean like enthusiastic crazy. It's something new too. I think CIT people would love it. Though it really depends on you whether you can compromise with using other people script or even scripting its AI yourself if you want.

Bring back the vehicle tuning system, I believe and most of people do in the fact that it's one of the most common/used systems ever brought into the server. Find a way to avoid "exploiters" and increase the price for each modification just like in real life.

Add a new submarine into server. Submarine will cost ~30 millions. Add a new job for underwater adventures. People with a diving skin + submarine will have to go under the water and they will search for some gold, iron, nitrous (gas) and a new item - diamond. Diamond will appear so rarely and it will cost a bit expensive than other items. With a diamond you can craft some new expensive items such as a wedding ring, diamond helmet (gives 25% more armor), diamond boots (you will get less damage if you jump from higher place), diamond pickaxe (you will find 10% more irons as Iron miner and 8% more uranium as Space miner) and so on.

This is going to be a new feature in CIT server

First idea: Yep, It will be a visit to the moon!

Suddenly, an amazing idea pooped up in my mind, making players able to visit space and exactly, the moon. All they will do is exploring areas in the moon taking pictures and nothing similar to extracting stuff as space miner. Anyways, they won't get any benfits back once they pay a visit to the moon. To visit the moon, you have to buy a ticket of a rocketship that will take you to the space, price of this ticket must be 50 million $.

Second idea: Let's pay a visit to another country as tourists?
Making players able to visit another countries outside the SA ground, these countries can be mapped very far in the Sea. For example, you're going to Canada, or paying a visit to the desert of Egypt(as a tourist to take photos near the Pyramids and stuff like that). First off all, you need to buy a ticket in the airport, ticket price should be very high, for e.g: 500k $ for one place or 1 million $, depends on how far the country is.

I'm hater of CITy project, not because of FPS problem and something like that, NO, just because it's looks ugly and retarded persons who making it more ugly when building boxes. But in same time I'm big fan of CIT house system, everyone think that house it useless shit, IT'S NOT SO. In house we have same capabilities as in CITy zone and houses is looks better then zones. I'd like to make suggestion about house interiors. Will be really cool if house owners will get capability to  edit their furniture inside the house, I mean delete/put chairs/tables/tvs/sofas etc. It's will be usefull for players with houses.
