I like the idea, but the problem is that GTA:SA miss some essential physic principies for Nascar, like Drafting and all about aerodynamics. So races would be boring imo, a kind of racing with more turns would be better

Reduce downforce + increase top speed.

Racing wont be the same with that. ( It'll be better ).
